I often hear people say “when I get to this place in life, I’ll be able to start saving, start eating right, start exercising.” The list goes on and on with what can be started at some unknown point in the future. Tomorrow is promised to no one.
While proper planning is a key to success, we shouldn’t use it as a means to procrastinate. I get it. There are a lot of steps to realizing your dreams. Guess what, you’re going to have those same steps whether you start today, next week, next month, or next year.
What you didn’t realize is that you start living while on the journey. Life doesn't start once you reach a destination. Life begins when you embark on the journey. We delay starting the journey and that’s the very thing that frees us and helps us grow. It can be lonely and challenging, but it will also be rewarding.
Question - Do you want life today or do you want to start living tomorrow? Do yourself a favor and start living today. What can you do today to activate your faith and walk towards your dreams?
